These short courses are designed for clients who hold the formal qualification intended for their current job roles, but would like some professional development in areas they feel they require more training, knowledge or skills, or in subjects that may supplement or extend their current job role.To enrol in a skill set, students are required to have current employment in an aged care setting and access to an environment that enables the development of skills being trained and assessed.
