You deal with food preparation either in a staff supervisory role or, handle food in a commercial setting, and understand how important it is to understand and appreciate the importance of food safety. There are over 5 million cases each year of gastroenteritis food poisoning caused by contaminated food. The food that makes us sick most often appears normal in looks, smell and taste.
