Pre employment programs - TLC staff have experience in facilitating successful pre employment programs tailored to the needs of your organisation. In most cases, we can access funding to enable us to recruit, train to a point of being job ready, and then continue training your new recruits in the industry qualification required. If you have staff vacancies to fill of 10 or more, contact us for further information on designing a program to suit your needs. Alternatively, keep an eye on this page for release dates of any programs we are running and contact us to express interest in job placement of our graduates. Through our relationship with Expect a Star^, we can assist you with recruitment needs of your organisation. Let someone else do the ground work for you and provide you with job ready, suitable, motivated casual or permanent child care or aged care workers. Many of the staff at TLC Training Solutions have experience in accreditation and licensing of child care services through previous roles within the Department of Communities and in Regional Management positions for child care management groups. Using our knowledge and experience taken from these roles, we are able to provide extensive support to child care services facing accreditation or re licensing. You will need a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and relevant industry experience in the area you wish to provide training.
