How can YOGA help?
- Gentle stretches, (asanas) ease out muscle tensions and open joints.
- Relaxation techniques further assist in letting go of tension and rejuvenate the mind and body.
- The development of a sense of tranquility and balance evolves from constant practice and is then carried through into everyday life - enabling you to manage and do well in stressful situations.
- Practicing yoga to improve health does not require the same level of personal contact as such modalities as massage and reflexology for example; with yoga you are responsible for yourself and your practice.
