Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Content
TAA is offered by way of face-to-face classroom delivery and is at present only available in QLD. Ten classes run over a twelve week period and you will be trained and assessed through a combination of group discussions, personal reflections, trainer lead discussions, learning guides and practice scenarios. Class based, although more structured than work place based delivery, is a very interactive and supportive mode of study. TAA is a complex course and we feel that without prior skills, knowledge and experience in the industry, a classroom environment with an experienced trainer is the ideal learning environment.Should you require several staff from the one organisation to complete the TAA course we can tailor a program to suit your clients needs and schedules.
Recognition of Prior Learning is also available in any State for those believing they have acquired the skills, knowledge and experience required to be deemed competent in this qualification.
